Dr. Elizabeth-Anne Stewart, BCC, PCC
Whether you are new to Life Coaching, or whether you want to prepare for a coach credentialing exam or meet ongoing education requirements, I would love to work with you. With decades of experience in guiding others, it is a real privilege to help coaches develop their skills so they can coach with brilliance, energy, enthusiasm, and, above all, with insight! We can first assess your skills and then design a plan of action, or we can work together on specific aspects of coaching. Your call!
As a mentor coach who is also an ICF-certified Assessor, I offer supportive encouragement and a reflective process that will enable you to grow both as an individual and as a coach. Through our collaborative work, you will develop the skills and strategies you need not only to satisfy ICF core competencies/ mentoring hours for the ACC-PCC but also to gain more confidence and greater effectiveness in your coaching. Whether we work together “in person” or remotely, we will review your recorded coaching sessions for strengths and “growing edges,” building on what “works” and modifying approaches that may be less successful. Regardless of your coaching specialty, I am ready to provide the honest feedback and encouragement you need to grow as a professional coach!
If you are looking for a mentor coach who can guide you through the process of writing, publishing and marketing a book, please visit my writing coaching website: www.ChicagoWritingCoach.com

COACH MENTORING REVIEW
Dr. Elizabeth Anne Stewart had great recommendations from ILCT (Institute for Life Coach Training) as I was seeking a mentor coach. She was responsive to my inquiry and needs. Besides being skillful as a mentor coach, she is energetic, enthusiastic, and extremely supportive. Dr. Stewart is very accommodating - she listens well to my needs and works with me collaboratively. I feel listened to and cared for every session. She has powerful questions and honest feedback, yet provides me a safe space to explore and make progress. I never feel judged and only sense her support and encouragement. Because of her wide range of knowledge, insights, and coaching skills, whenever I ask for her ideas or suggestions, she would share just enough to open up my own thinking. I am so grateful for her for the progress she has helped me make in my own coaching career. She has increased my confidence to serve my clients.
Florence Gee, ACC
"Mentor Coaching for an ICF Credential consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process based on an observed or recorded coaching session to increase the coach’s capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies.
Mentoring provides professional assistance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency and capability demanded by the desired credential level.
Mentor Coaching should take place over an extended time (three-month minimum) in a cycle that allows for listening and feedback from the Mentor Coach while also allowing reflection and practice on the part of the individual being mentored."
